Free Valuation
We give free pre sale valuations on Antiques, Fine Arts & Collectables brought to our saleroom and free home visit where there are a number of items and full or part house contents.

Reserve Price
We are happy to accept a reserve price by agreement; however, we recommend that any such minimum reserve be subject to Auctioneers 10% discretion.
Charges
Commission – minimum of £6 per lot, 15% on individual lots up to £999, 10% on individual lots £1000 - £1999 and 5% on individual lots realising over £2000.
Insurance – 1.5% of the hammer price for loss and warranty fee.
Lot Fee - £1 whether sold or unsold.
All charges are subject to VAT.
Settlement
Cheques are sent out within two weeks of the sale. Certain proceeds can be collected by previous arrangement.
Carriage
£40.00 per hour for a van and two men. A fixed charge can be made on request.
Electrical Goods
By law, electrical items entered for sale must be tested to comply with Trading Standards Legislation. The fee for this service is £4.00 per item.
