Peter Robinson has been taking auctions at The Gallery Saleroom since his maiden appearance in 1974. Thousands of lots later and Peter has now accrued a wealth of experience that spans more than 35 years of the auction and valuation of antiques and fine art. Peter is highly knowledgeable across a multitude of different fields, making him a jewel in the crown of Thomas Watson.
David Elstob joined the firm in 2012. He is a Chartered Arts and Antiques Surveyor (MRICS) and a member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers. He is involved in all aspects of the business and is responsible for valuation work and the quarterly antiques sales.
Peter Cartwright is another integral asset to the operations of Thomas Watson. Peter began his career with us in 1984 and has progressed through all departments on his way to the auctioneer’s rostrum. More than a quarter of a century with Thomas Watson has enabled Peter to develop a vast and expansive knowledge of all areas of the business.
