FANCY A DAY AT THE SEASIDE?

Posted on 6th May 2016

This is a great time of year to visit the coast and one of the best places in the North East is the delightful Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, with its elegant architecture and lovely sandy beaches.

We thought it would be a great venue for one of our popular regional valuation days so we are taking ourselves off to the town’s Community Hall on Friday 13th May between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

This is a free, drop-in event where you can bring along a whole range of contemporary and antique objects, including silver, ceramics, glass, pictures, sculptures or other collectables. We will tell you as much as we can about them and also give you an idea of their current worth.

There is absolutely no obligation attached to the valuations but if you did want to sell an item then we can arrange for it to be included in the next relevant auction at our Darlington saleroom.

So, why don’t you come along to say hello and at the same time explore the many attractions of this picturesque Yorkshire town. For instance, you can take a ride on the oldest water-balanced cliff lift in Britain or promenade down the magnificent 600ft-long Victorian pier. Fingers crossed that we have some good weather that day…. ice-cream anyone?
