FULL TIME VACANCY

We are a small team running auctions from our historic saleroom. A key member of staff is retiring after 48 years’ service leading to a vacancy for an energetic, loyal and enthusiastic candidate.

Key Duties to include:

  • Customer Service, Booking In Consignments, Cataloguing, Research and Photography for Auction, Lifting of Furniture.
  • Liaising with Clients and Compiling Condition Reports.
  • Auction Day duties to include Telephone and Live Bidding, and after sale sorting of Lots.

The Candidate should hold experience of saleroom activities and preferably have a broad spectrum of knowledge within the industry, be computer literate and able to assist other members of the team where necessary.

This position is a full time role, weekdays 8:30am-5pm and some Saturday morning work 10am-1pm.
