SALEROOM PORTER

Key Responsibilities are:

• Looking after customers when they bring items for sale.
• Managing the saleroom for cleanliness and presentation of auctions.
• Handling fragile and heavy items responsibly and with care.
• Listing and giving detail descriptions of Lots.

Requirements are:

• Physically fit and confident with lifting and handling items.
• Reliable and organised and willing to learn saleroom skills.
• Computer literate and willing to learn specialised software.
• An interest in antiques and collectables an advantage.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm and some Saturday morning work 10am-1pm
